14-Day Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Return:

  2. Package the item securely, including all original accessories, manuals, and packaging.

  3. Ship the item back to the address provided by our team.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Please Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.


1-Year Limited Warranty

All Launch IQ products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This covers any manufacturing defects or faults in materials under normal use.

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Normal wear and tear.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

  2. Our team will guide you through troubleshooting or replacement.

  3. If the product qualifies, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
